THE OAKLAND COLLECTION CENTERBeginning April 1, 2025, the Oakland Collection Center (O.C.C.) will charge $1 per kitchen garbage bag. No cash will be accepted. Dump cards must be purchased through the Town of Swiss Clerk. Personal checks are accepted only for large-item disposal.
The O.C.C. is open to residential property owners of Oakland, Swiss, and Union Townships for household garbage and recycling. Entry requires an O.C.C. card from the Town of Swiss. Unauthorized use will result in loss of privileges. Dump cards no longer expire, and multiple cards may be purchased at once. To request a card, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Town of Swiss, P.O. Box 157, Danbury, WI 54830. HOURS Wednesday April-September 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturday All Year 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Sunday All Year 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM The O.C.C. will be closed on the following holidays: Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day |
