
Wisconsin is battling a change to our environment.
Invasive species threaten the natural beauty of our lakes and waterways, and they threaten the native species that have called Wisconsin their home for thousands of years. While Lake 26 has avoided the worst of these invaders, Burnette county reports encroachment of very damaging invasives that will certainly make their way to Lake 26 if we do not stay active and working hard to educate, clean up, document and maintain.
